I provide a personal service, sourcing fabulous, sometimes difficult to find items from a huge variety of places. If I find something I love, I'll buy it, sometimes I keep it, sometimes I'll sell it and sometimes I'll keep it a while, admire it and then replace it with my latest purchase. As such, I have a vast collection of desirable objects already in my possession. If you are interested in an item please email or call me to arrange Postage and Payment - by PayPal or personal cheque (subject to clearance) I will answer all emails and will offer an item to the first person to make an enquiry should several people desire the same item. Make sure you describe the item you wish to purchase, quoting the item number. |
Shipping - Exchanges - Refunds
Shipping
I use Collect+ and UPS for most of my deliveries within mainland UK.
Much of my packaging is 'recycled' which keeps the cost down. So, you will see on most of the item that I have not added a premium for packing.
Multiple items will be combined and shipping cost will reflect this.
I post overseas but you will need to contact me first to agree a price for shipping.
I will post items as quickly as possible, usually within three days of receiving payment. Clearing cheques will take longer.
Exchanges
I cannot make exchanges. I don't use stock photos so what you see in the photos is what will be dispatched. If you are purchasing an item to go with, or match an item you own, it will be up to you to check that the item fits your requirements or that the colour is correct.
Refunds.
All items are vintage or used or both and will usually show signs of wear and age. All items are described accurately and, where possible, I include a photograph of any fault or damage which may include chips, cracks or scuffs beyond what you would expect from a vintage item.
Electrical items will not usually comply with modern safety standards and it is recommended that any electrical item purchased be checked by a qualified person.
There is no guarantee that an electrical item will carry on working indefinitely. If an item is described as 'working' it means it has been tried out and was seen to be working at the time. You accept it in the condition it was when posted.
A full refund (including shipping) will be given where an incorrect item was dispatched, the item is agreed to be 'not as described' or an item was damaged due to insufficient packaging.
